A peek into the world of Frédéric Malle

A letter from our founder on the 20th anniversary of Editions de Parfums Frédéric Malle.

20 years ago, in an attempt to demonstrate that fine perfumery could be something of our time, I asked 9 top perfumers (and friends) to compose the kind of perfumes they were not about to work on, because the market had become so uninteresting. And so Editions de Parfums was born. This simple act of defiance and the organization that it entailed has grown into a mature house that published 32 perfumes and 14 home scents. It also participated in the rebirth of our trade, which makes me very proud. This “Revue” will tell our story and detail our purpose, like a family album. I hope you will find it interesting.
